Hipersensibilidade dentinária/Dentine hypersensitivity

Aquela erosão dental ou "buraco" ,geralmente na região do cólo do dente,próximo a gengiva,sensível na hora da escovação,ou quando injerimos algo quente,gelado..... Uma dor que ocorre,devido a estímulos,e assim que esse estímulo cessa a dor para.Ocorre a dor porque em condições normais a coroa do dente é recoberta pelo esmalte,essa estrutura é praticamente impermeável, e insensível aos estímulos e as raízes são recobertas pelo cemento, e quando estas estruturas por algum motivo deixam de proteger o dente,fica exposta a dentina que é permeável e sensível.Hipersensibilidade dentinária ou dental,é uma lesão com interação de fatores,em que os mais importantes são a oclusão(contato entre os dentes),alimentação ácida e escovação errada.
Depois de ocorrida a erosão no cólo do dente,cabe ao dentista,evitar que ela se agrave,cuidando dos fatores etiológicos(causas) e diminuindo ou cessando a sensibilidade já ocorrente.
Pelo fator principal ser a má oclusão dos dentes(mordidas erradas),os dentes com maior incidência de erosões são os caninos e pré-molares.
Portanto,se as vezes te parece que sua mordida e sorriso são bons ou satisfatórios,mas você tem essas eroções e hipersensibilidade,está na hora de tratarmos para que no futuro não ocorra fratura ou perda dental prematura.
